Beijing OneXOne Tech had recently undergone industrial and commercial changes, adding Beijing Baidu Netcom Science Technology, a subsidiary of BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  -2.300 (-2.465%)    Short selling $186.90M; Ratio 25.574%   , as a shareholder, Chinese media cited data from Tianyancha.

The company's registered capital increased from approximately RMB1.195 million to approximately RMB1.303 million, and two new directors were added at the same time.
