ZOOMLION announced yesterday that the board has reviewed and approved the Proposed General Mandate to Repurchase Part of the H Shares, planning to repurchase a portion of the company’s H shares, which would all be cancelled thereafter, at an appropriate time for the purpose of improving the return on investment for shareholders through enhancing the company's EPS.

The proposal suggests authorizing the board to repurchase no more than 10% of the total issued H shares within the effective period, but this proposal needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
