Microsoft (MSFT.US)      's subsidiary "343 Industries", the game studio responsible for developing the sci-fi shooter game series "Halo", announced that it will be renamed as "Halo Studios".

Studio head Pierre Hintze revealed that the group is developing a variety of new games, whereas the future "Halo" titles will be developed using Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5, in which TENCENT (00700.HK)  -11.000 (-2.523%)    Short selling $132.04M; Ratio 2.544%   has investment, instead of using 343 Industries' Slipspace engine.
