Shu Yang, general manager of the commercial operation center of Alimama, announced at the "2024 Alimama Double 11 Conference" that Taobao will fully connect with WeChat Pay by the end of the month, according to Chinese media.

Shu also revealed that Taobao will invest RMB30 billion in the distribution of consumer coupons and red envelopes to woo more consumers to participate this year's "Double 11" shopping festival.
