Robin Li, founder and chairman of BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  -6.400 (-5.556%)    Short selling $307.84M; Ratio 13.082%   , said in his speech at the 2024 Baidu Cloud Intelligence Conference that agents are the direction in which he was most bullish on the development of AI applications, because agents are akin to website in the PC era and an account in the era of self-media.

Agents can produce very complex and powerful applications, said Li, envisioning there will be millions of agents in future, forming a mega product ecosystem.
