At a press conference held by the State Council Information Office, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Chairman Wu Qing announced that the CSRC will release guidelines for the market value management of listed companies and seek public opinion shortly. The guidelines will require listed companies to legally manage their market values, have their boards of directors emphasize the importance of investor protection and returns, and so forth.

Regarding Central Huijin's increased holdings in the capital market, Wu noted that the CSRC, in collaboration with relevant parties, will further support Central Huijin in raising its holdings and expanding its investment scope.
