Total customers for mobile business amounted to over 1.001 billion in August 2024, representing a net additions of 730,000 over the previous month, CHINA MOBILE (00941.HK)  +0.300 (+0.399%)    Short selling $35.24M; Ratio 1.807%   announced its latest operating statistics saying. Cumulative net additional customers amounted to 10.545 million in 8M24.

Of which, 5G network customers reached nearly 534 million, with a net increase of 5.566 million for the month, a significant slowdown from the net increase of 13.738 million in July.
