Ford Motor (F.US) CEO Jim Farley informed board members after his recent visit to China that the Chinese industry’s use of AI and other technologies in automobiles is vastly different from existing US technologies, the Wall Street Journal reported.Farley noted that the Chinese industry is beating competitors on price with low-cost supply chains and aggressively expanding into overseas markets.
