LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)  +0.010 (+0.107%)    Short selling $85.77M; Ratio 12.004%   announced that its shareholders passed the proposed resolutions in relation to the strategic business transactions announced in May 2024 at yesterday's (12th) general meeting, approving the issuance of a US$2 billion zero coupon convertible bond to Alat and the issuance of 1.15 billion warrants.

Alat is a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company of Saudi Arabia focused on transformative technology investment and sustainable manufacturing, according to the introduction.
