Physical Fitness has temporarily shut down all of its operations. It is reported that the Customs and the Police have so far arrested a male, identified as Physical Fitness Director Luk Ngai-keung, on suspicion of violating the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (TDO).

Without naming Physical Fitness, the Hong Kong government issued an announcement late last night (10th) regarding the temporary business suspension announced by a chain fitness and beauty group on September 6.

The government expressed high concern over the incident and established an inter-departmental dedicated investigation team to handle the case as soon as possible. As of 4 pm yesterday, the Customs and the Police respectively received 733 and 19 related reports.
