Alibaba Cloud released an announcement, "Singapore Availability Zone C Network Access Abnormalities", at 10:20 Beijing time today (10th). Alibaba Cloud's monitor found abnormalities in the Singapore Availability Zone C Network Access, where some cloud products and services were abnormal, mainly due to a fire in the Singapore server room.

Firefighters arrived at the scene to deal with the accident and majority of the products of the cloud network and cloud security products completed the active switchover at 10:55, while other cloud products and services are still being processed.
