Having made reasonable inquiries, the board confirms that, so of now, it is not aware of any information that needs to be disclosed to avoid a false market in the company’s securities, or any inside information that needs to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board also confirms that the group’s business operation remain normal, and that there is no material adverse change to the business operation and financial position of the group.

HUAZHONG IN-V was under hefty selling in the early morning market. Its stock price once dived over 90%, bottoming at $0.22. It concluded the midday at $0.42, still down 81.4%, on a volume of 639 million shares and a turnover of $278.9 million.
