BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  +0.150 (+0.176%)    Short selling $226.01M; Ratio 23.878%   (BIDU.US)      announced earlier that the Ernie Bot APP has been officially upgraded to "Wen Xiaoyan". Data showed that millions of users have used the new APP on the first day of the upgrade. The exclusive function of free subscription was welcomed by 80% of the users, and the call volume of the drawing function surged by 200%.

Wen Xiaoyan said it has urgently increased the number of servers to match the influx of users. In addition, not only could all Wen Xiaoyan users experience the Ernie Foundation Model 4.0 for free this month, one month of free experience for new and old members of PC version of Ernie Bot will be given starting today.

Wen Xiaoyan is positioned as BIDU's new search intelligent assistant. Unlike other search products, Wen Xiaoyan introduces new search capabilities such as rich media search, multimodal input, text and image creation, and high fidelity digital human, as well as new features such as memory and free subscription.
