The Observatory is considering issuing Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 between 4pm and 7pm today.

MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK)  +0.750 (+2.732%)    Short selling $26.44M; Ratio 23.911%   said that when Signal No. 8 is in force, MTR trains and light rail will maintain limited services, while MTR bus services will be suspended after Signal No. 8 is hoisted for three hours. If Signal No. 9 or higher is in force, trains running in the open-air section will run to the terminals or stations with shopping malls, after which trains will not operate in the open-air section, and trains in the tunnel section will maintain limited service with a lower frequency.
