The first round of sale of 188 units of "Gold Coast Bay - The Uppland", the first phase of "Gold Coast Bay" project in Tuen Mun developed by Early Light International, has been sold out.

The developer has launched Price List No.3 for the phase, with a market value of over $597 million. The new price list consists of 108 units, ranging from open-plan to 3-bedroom, with saleable area from 204 to 653 square feet. Discounting the maximum 12% discount, the discounted price ranges from $2.226 million to $7.763 million, the discounted price per square foot ranges from $8,768 to $12,930, and the discounted average square foot is $11,219.

The unit with the lowest discounted price is Unit H on the 21st floor of Block 5 (5B), which is an open-plan flat with a saleable area of 204 square feet, at a discounted price of $2.226 million and an average price of $10,912 per square foot.

Early Light said sales arrangement for the project would likely come tomorrow, and it is expected that the second round of sales will take place this Saturday (22 July). The developer will decide whether to launch additional units depending on the reaction.
