Regarding the recent rumors that CAFE DE CORAL H (00341.HK)  +0.090 (+1.080%)    Short selling $302.22K; Ratio 11.681%   defaulted on payments to suppliers, the Group issued a statement saying that it found debt collection notices posted outside several stores today (21st), and clarifying that the relevant information is false and untrue.

The Group has communicated with Utility Sugar Trading Limited, and the person-in-charge of the company also clarified that such incident never happened, CAFE DE CORAL H added. The Group has reported the incident to the police, and will reserve the right to pursue the person who disseminated the false information for all legal liabilities.
