Henan Province, China officially launched Automobile Trade-in Program and "BYD Day" in Zhengzhou. Fei Quanfa, second-level inspector of the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, said at the launching ceremony that automobiles, as commodity durable consumer goods, are the focus of the "trade-in" program. The province encourages the replacement of used cars with high energy consumption, high emissions, long service life and potential safety hazards into new energy vehicles (NEVs) or energy-saving vehicles.
