Hence, Peter Lau was removed from his position as a Director and the Chief Executive, and Sonia Cheng and Christopher Cheng, the children of Henry Cheng, Chairman of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, were appointed as Con-executive Directors. Currie, Colin Melville Kennedy, will become an Executive Director and the Chief Executive.
