The resolution will be voted on at an EGM on 3 April.

CTFE tried to communicate with GIORDANO INT'L's management several times, but was never taken seriously, and felt pity for the management's recent statement that it had not contacted substantial shareholders, according to a source close to CTFE.

The source emphasized that CTFE was satisfied with GIORDANO INT'L 's dividend level in recent years and had no intention to change it, but expected the management to strengthen operational capacity to deliver better results in the future.
