Today (16th), Shigehiro Sato, one of the Sato family members, has transferred by gift a total of 9 million shares of DYNAM JAPAN (06889.HK)  +0.090 (+2.703%)   , to his children (with age above 18) as a measure to prepare for future inheritance, according to DYNAM JAPAN's announcement.

Other than the above-described transfer, no purchase or sale or other disposition of the shares held by Sato Aviation Capital (SAC), a substantial shareholder of the Company, Yoji Sato, Kohei Sato, or other Sato family members is planned now.
