In 3Q25, while the order volume of JD-SW (09618.HK)'s food delivery business grew, the order structure became healthier, with the proportion of meal orders continuously increasing to account for the vast majority of total orders, Sandy Xu, CEO of JD-SW, said. Meanwhile, the average order value for food delivery increased QoQ. The efficiency of subsidies in the food delivery business is gradually improving, with JD Food Delivery conducting more refined operations targeting different regional user groups and order types. JD-SW's food delivery business is a long-term strategy, Xu added. Over the past few months, the Group has been continuously optimizing internal operational efficiency. In 3Q25, despite facing intense industry competition, the Group remained relatively rational. Currently, the overall business is still in the first phase of strategic layout, with an aim to have a better user mindset and market share in the quality food delivery sector.
