(1) For cases where there is preliminary evidence of trademark infringement, the market regulation unit can inform e-commerce platform operators to take intellectual property protection measures according to the law.

(2) If the address information of the concerned online store owner is inaccurate and contact cannot be established, the market regulation unit should notify the e-commerce platform operator, and the operator should prominently mark the concerned store and product information at the top position, while requiring the store owner to provide accurate information and cooperate with the market regulation unit's investigation.

(3) For cases involving multiple regions, the regulations specify the jurisdictional authority and cooperation requirements of local market regulation departments.
