GLORIOUS SUN (00393.HK) announced that it had sold a total of 8.49 million shares of ICBC (01398.HK) in the open market last Friday (6th) at a total consideration of $40.3059 million. Among them, the average selling price of the sold ICBC shares approximated $4.7475 per share. Upon completion of the disposal, GLORIOUS SUN will own 127 million shares of ICBC, representing approximately 0.04% of the total issued share capital of ICBC.
