Sinopec announced that Sinopec Capital has recently completed the acquisition of shares in Chengdu Learn & Practices Technology Co., Ltd. Founded in 2014, Chengdu Learn & Practices is recognized as a "little giant" in the second batch of specialized and innovative companies by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It currently holds over 60 authorized intellectual property rights, including 43 Chinese invention patents and 2 US patents. Sinopec Capital's investment in Chengdu Learn & Practices will actively promote collaborative technology R&D exchanges with the group's upstream enterprises and joint advancement of the application of new technologies and products in the reservoir transformation of oil and gas fields, aiding Sinopec in expanding its oil and gas resource reserves and production.
