PRIMAX INDUSTRIES (HONG KONG) LIMITED 致伸工業(香港)有限公司 _____________________ PUBLIC NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL Pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) ______________________ Notice is hereby given by the above-named Company pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in regard to the followings:- (a) The Company on the 20th day of September, 2024 passed a special resolution whereas its share capital was approved to be reduced by 156,000,000 ordinary shares and the amount of HK$156,000,000 respectively to the then revised share capital of 446,816,960 ordinary shares and the amount of HK$446,816,960 only; (b) The said special resolution together with the Company’s solvency statement as made pursuant to section 206 and 216(1) of the Companies Ordinance shall be available for public inspection during office hours at Room 2103, Futura Plaza, 111 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; and (c) Any member of the company who did not consent to or vote in favour of the reduction of capital or any creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after the date of the special resolution, apply to the Court under section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the special resolution.
