OCFT (06638.HK)(OCFT.US) announced that it had applied for a dual primary listing of the Company's Shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange pursuant to the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The listing of Shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be by way of introduction only and there will be no Shares being issued or sold in connection with the Listing, the announcement added.
