BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) will introduce its hybrid electric pickup truck, the Shark 6, to the Australian market with a starting price of AUD60,000 (US$39,000), Bloomberg News reported. The first batch is expected to arrive within weeks. This model is priced about AUD40,000 lower than the higher-end Ford (F.US) Ranger.
